Model 562A

The 562A is an automatic machine for the derinding of meat with a working width of 560 mm.
The machine is equipped with an in-feed conveyor and discharge conveyor with adjustable slope for easy use in a production line. The knife beam is operated with compressed air. The machine gives the possibility to derind thinner. The 562A has also a low energy consumption. The machine, including the bearing housing is made from stainless steel materials.

Applications:  
For the derinding of all kinds of pork cuts (such as bellies, loins, bacons, fatbacks, jowls, etc) and for lard slicing.
