The massive stainless steel construction, makes the Mixer-Grinder very robust machines with a long durability. Without any further equipment, meat with a temperature down to –5°C can be processed. All parts of the drives, all hydraulic parts and even the electric switch cabinet are integrated into the fully welded high grade stainless steel body. Only the loading arm and the observation pedestal extend from the well designed machine. The smooth machine exterior can be cleaned easily and fast, thus offering optimal hygiene.
The combined paddle arm and worm system has been designed for perfect, gentle mixing without stress on the product; resulting in especially homogeneous products due to the radial (paddle arms) as well as vertical (worm) mixing. The required total mixing time as well as time intervals between change of mixing direction can be entered on the operation panel. After the total mixing time has been reached, the machine then stops automatically. For products with high viscosity two z-shaped mixing arms can be installed as alternative.
