The Slicing and Portioning Machines of the FSK-series have been designed and built for Butcher Shops and Supermarkets. The smallest machine model FS 700-21K, slices up to 400 slices per minute. The thickness can be adjusted infinitely variable from 1 to 32 mm. Perfect results in slicing bacon, lamb loins & pork chops fresh or chilled, bone-in or boneless down to - 4° C. A user friendly operation is guaranteed via single control keys. Of course the machine is built from stainless steel and is reliable and easy to clean.
The FSE and FIC series complete the wide range of FOODLOGISTIK Slicing and Portioning Machines. These series feature an integrated optical sensor system, comfortable operator guidance via display and programmable cutting programmes. Additionally the FIC series machines have a variable knife speed available for delicate products and can slice in groups up to 600 slices per minute.
