Triumph knives are the handiest, most sanitary meat grinder/mincer cutting edge ever developed. A twist releases the blade insert from the holder. Another twist locks the blade insert securely in place. Smooth surfaces and the elimination of set screws makes Triumph knives easy to clean and keep clean.
Shearcut knives are a two-part construction. Part 1 is the cutting edge insert precision ground to give a good clean cool cut.
Part 2 is the insert holder base which is made of a hardened material for durability. Blades are set at an angle which allows only the cutting edge to touch the plate, reducing friction and conserving power.
Everlasting knives are the longest wearing solid knife available today. Speco's Everlasting knives outwear regular drop-forged or snap-in knives many times over. These knives have a very high wear-resistant cutting edge fused solidly to a drop-forged frame and can be resharpened.
Solid Drop-Forged knives are constructed of one solid piece of heavy duty drop-forged steel. They are excellent for rugged meat processing jobs like busting frozen blocks or bone breaking. Solid Drop-Forged knives are also ideal for crushing or breaking applications and can be resharpened.
Weiler Style Knives
Barnco offers a range of Weiler style knives. You can choose between machined hardened alloy steel or stainless steel knives, depending on the meat processing operation.
Wolfking style knives are manufactured to be the longest lasting and sharpest cutting edge in the industry. With endless styles: single or double cut, solid or insert, 4,6, or 8 arms, and emulsifier or grinder.
Unger & European Style Knives
A vast variety of knives including: single cutting, double cutting, solid, insert style and multiple arm configurations. Unger and European style knives are made from high alloy steel, precision machined on computer numerical controlled machines, and hardened for strength.
Multicut Knives
No sausage kitchen should be without Speco's 6 or 8-arm Multicut knives. They intended for total control over fiber lengths of product, and very fine cuts. The 6-arm Multicut knife gives you six powerful cuts per revolution or use the 8-arm for even more cuts, doubling the efficiency of conventional 4-arm knife.
Autio Knives
Due to their unique design, Autio Style Knives are designed to be used only on Autio machines. These knives fit together with a breaker plate to perform a double cutting action. This combination is excellent for heavy duty break grinding operations (i.e. frozen, bones, seafood shells, etc.). 8-5/8" grinders used 3-arm knives while 11" grinders use either 4 or 6-arm knives. All Autio knives include insert blades.
