The PM hamburger patty machine is a must for the modern butchery to get quick packaging of hamburgers, already wrapped in cellophane.  Automatic operation is the BT's best feature - it only requires pressure on the lever to compress the meat and, as the lever returns, it automatically opens the press and removes the hamburger.  Made of anodised aluminium, the BT will keep its finish permanently.  The parts in contact with meat are from Stainless Steel and are easily removeable for cleaning without tools.
